One of the biggest reasons I started this here little blog is to talk about music. I have an insatiable appetite for music to say the least. And aside from the dozen or so music blogs I read, I always enjoy seeing what my friends are listening to. Maybe it’s Bain’s top 5 artists or Kenny Kellogg’s Friday Chill Music. So a regular fixture of /the sink/ will be “In Case You’re Curious” playlists. A few notes about these playlists:
- The songs in each of these playlists will be songs I’ve picked up in the last month or so. I’ve stretched this a bit for the first playlist with these songs spanning the last 2 months or so.
- You likely won’t find many of these bands on the radio. And if they are getting spins, I’ll try and pick a song that hasn’t quite hit.
- Using a time-tested rule from my good friend Ryan, every playlist will start with an instrumental track.
